Office visit co-pay and deductible amounts are due at the time of service. We will do our best to bill insurance on behalf of our patients.
It is the patient’s responsibility to be aware of their insurance coverage and benefits. Please call your insurance company to ensure that Dr. Figueroa is in your health plan’s network and that outpatient mental health services are a part of your plan benefits. We will work with you to verify your benefits to the best of our ability based on the information you provide to the office, usually before your appointment is scheduled.
